I noticed a water stain spreading on the ceiling near the attic hatch. After a heavy rain, it drips right above the window frame, but on dry days, the stain stays dry. Could be a leaky roof, but I’ve also seen the windows fog up badly—so maybe it’s just poor attic insulation and condensation building up when it’s cold out. Hard to tell without getting up there.
